To bring this vision to life at scale, we rely on strong partnerships with local businesses and organizations across Long Island.

Sponsorship is more than financial support—it’s about sharing resources, expertise, and creativity to help us collect, restore, organize, and distribute thousands of Halloween costumes to kids who need them most. The more support we have, the more children we can reach, and the better experience we can create for every family we serve.

Costumes

We’re especially looking to partner with businesses that align with the hands-on nature of our work. This includes costume shops, party supply stores, and retailers that can donate new or unsold inventory, accessories, or materials. Dry cleaners, laundromats, and textile care professionals play a critical role in helping us clean and refresh donated costumes so every item feels ready to wear.

Hands On

Tailors, seamstresses, and alteration specialists help repair, resize, and bring costumes back to life—turning something gently used into something special again.ther, we’re not just collecting costumes, we’re bringing them back to life.

Logistics

We also welcome partnerships with storage facilities, warehouses and companies that can provide space or transportation support to manage large volumes of donations. Retail spaces, surf shops, local boutiques, and community hubs can serve as collection points or even host pop-up costume events, making it easier for people to donate and for families to access what they need. Additionally, creative businesses, artists, and makers can help elevate the experience by designing displays, customizing costumes, or contributing to the overall presentation.

We look forward hearing from you:

Thank You

In return, we proudly highlight our partners as an essential part of this community driven effort. From website features and event recognition to collaborative storytelling and on-site visibility, we make sure your support is seen and felt. Most importantly, you’ll be directly contributing to something tangible. Helping kids feel included, confident and excited during a moment that should belong to everyone.

If your business has resources, space, skills or ideas to contribute, we’d love to work together. Let’s build something impactful, creative and truly rooted in the Long Island community.

Supplies Needed

As we continue preparing for the upcoming Halloween season, we’re also building the infrastructure needed to handle costume donations with care and organization. To do that, we’re currently in need of essential supplies like storage bins, clothing racks, wooden hangers, garment bags, and other organizational materials. These items help us keep costumes clean, sorted and ready for distribution. Making the entire experience feel more like a shop than a handout for the families we serve.

If you’re able to donate supplies or have a connection to a business that can help, we’d love to hear from you. Whether it’s a few extra bins or a larger partnership with a retailer or supplier, every contribution makes a real difference in how efficiently and beautifully we can operate. Reach out and help us build something that’s not only impactful, but thoughtfully put together for the community.
